Apartment accommodated us perfectly.

I stayed in the room that was kept spotlessly clean and available with appropriate extras and kitchenette, for instance.

The staff were exceptional and efficient day and night.

modern and nice looking place, it has outstandingly accommodating staff from 8 am from the manager to get the out of the hotel. there is plenty of reasonably priced food for breakfast. nearby a bus stop, that's good location for me. kensington is a district that deserves exploring.

The location was perfect, close to attractions yet placed in a quiet area for restful nights.

The hotel of choice in London. Immaculate apartment, exceptionally comfortable beds. Incredible location, relatively close to The Village. Set very close to London, and transport, museums and amenities in the great area.

I found the apartment to be a great value for money, with comfy beds and a powerful shower. It was a convenient walk to kensington palace and the beautiful natural history museum. Perfect for anyone who loves exploring on foot and soaking in the scenery. Apart from a minor quibble about a larger tv, everything else was fantastic.

Excellent location, close to pub, shop, subway station and bus. The room is very nice, has a bathroom, a kitchen with everything you need, batteries and a beautiful view from the windows. Some of the staff speaks Russian well.

Very bright and clean room, small kitchen (with a child is very convenient). Nice neighborhood.

No hooks at all for outerwear, I had to hang it on a chair.

I loved the location of Nox Kensington Aparthotel. It's close to public transport, Gatwick airport, and central London. The nearby Design Museum and Portobello Market added some charm to the stay. The kitchenette in the Double Studio was super handy for making breakfast. The noise was an issue. Thin walls allowed me to hear the traffic outside, which disturbed my sleep. The mattress was uneven and quite worn out. I found stains on the duvet cover and had to deal with unclean curtains. They didn't restock essentials in my room until the last day, frustrating. Despite some discomforts, the smart TV and modern shower were nice touches. I really hope they improve on cleanliness and room comfort for future stays.

This place perfectly suits me with amenities like wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and luggage storage. On my first stay, the staff helped me with plug adaptors, which I appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel for comfort and convenience.

Super comfy stay!

Spent a couple of nights here, and it was nice. The bed was super comfy, and the room was clean, but it was a bit noisy from the street traffic. The staff were super nice and helped us out with everything. It's close to the Olympia station. There's a cute cafe nearby for breakfast!

The kitchenette helped us manage meals and snacks easily. The WiFi was fast and reliable, which helped with our online activities. We found plenty of convenience shops nearby for quick supplies. The beds were comfortable.

We encountered some noise from outside, made sleeping a challenge at times. The layout of the room felt cramped, especially when moving around with the kids, and the nearest tube station was quite a distance away.
