The mattress was uneven and quite worn out, making nights uncomfortable. I found stains on the duvet cover and had to deal with unclean curtains. They didn’t restock essentials in my room until the last day, which was frustrating. Despite some discomforts, the smart TV and modern shower were nice touches. I really hope they improve on cleanliness and room comfort for future stays.
